Burcu Minas Balta started her financial career in 2001 as a Relationship Manager at Credit Suisse, with a strong focus on the Turkish Market. She provided bespoke services and advice to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals across all areas of their wealth. Burcu has a holistic approach to service the specific needs of clients, especially in Asset Management and Investment Banking.

After 18 years in Private Banking she joined 1875 FINANCE to continue to cater all wealth management needs of individuals, families and their financial affairs.

Henri Schneeberger began his professional career at Credit Suisse in 1987 after earning his degree in economic sciences at St. Gallen. Within the framework of institutional wealth management, he developed tools to determine investment strategies. After a brief period at UBS, he joined the Graubünden Cantonal Bank as Chief Investment Officer (CIO) in 1998. From 2005, he took on the roles of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) as a member of the executive management at Private Client Bank, a private multi-family office bank in Zurich. At the same time, he developed a portfolio of private clients.

He joined 1875 FINANCE in April 2026 as head of the Zurich office and Senior Relationship Manager.

Veselina graduated from Moscow State University for Foreign Affairs (MGIMO) and holds a Master’s degree in Economics. Before joining 1875 Finance, she worked in financial companies and banks. She worked as a Deputy Service Desk Team Leader at Credit Suisse bank (Wealth Management division), as a Client Advisor at Marcuard Heritage, as an Analyst at an International Bank. She joined 1875 Finance in 2023.

Veselina passed level I of the CFA program (CFA Institute). She holds Advanced Certificate in Company Law & Practice (STEP), Advanced Certificate in Trusts: Law and Practice (STEP),  Advanced Certificate in Trust Administration & Accounts (STEP).
